She wanted the shoot to feel casual, effortless, and editorial. We wandered through a handfull of the treelined streets.

They also preferred mornings, and since coffee is their favorite way to start the day, they used that as a simple theme. Between the brick buildings and pops of greenery, we found perfect light bouncing off metal structures and alleyways.
We wanted to find the exact white cups to match the vibe, so even though we didn’t actually drink at a coffee shop and the shoot wasn’t at a real café, there was coffee in the cups, which is the most important thing.
