As an Atlanta wedding photographer, I create modern documentary imagery for couples who value real moments, effortless connection, and an experience that feels natural. Atlanta is home for us, and we’ve photographed weddings across Midtown, Buckhead, Decatur, Roswell, Alpharetta, and beyond, each celebration documented with an editorial but honest approach.

Yes, we cover the entire metropolitan area. Whether you are getting married in a historic venue in Midtown, an industrial loft in Westside, or a private estate in Buckhead, we are there. We are locals, so we are comfortable working both Inside the Perimeter (ITP) and Outside the Perimeter (OTP).
We love venues that offer natural light and unique character. Some of our favorites for storytelling include The Piedmont Room (for that classic park view), Fernbank Museum (for unique architecture), Upstairs Atlanta (for a moody, industrial vibe), and The Swan House (for timeless elegance). We can help you choose a venue that matches the specific "feel" you want for your gallery.
generally, no. For weddings within the greater Atlanta metro area and most popular North Georgia mountain locations (like Dahlonega or Blue Ridge), we do not charge travel fees. We simply require a modest travel stipend if the location is more than 2 hours from our home base.
ate October to mid-November is magical here; you get crisp air and stunning fall colors without the humidity. Spring (April/May) is lush and green, though we always recommend having a solid rain plan! If you love the city vibe but hate the heat, consider a winter wedding (January/February) at an indoor venue with moody lighting.
Often, yes. Popular locations like the Atlanta History Center (Swan House) or the Botanical Garden require paid photography permits if they aren't your actual wedding venue. We can help guide you through the permit process to ensure we don't get interrupted by security on your big day.
We treat Atlanta traffic with the respect it deserves! We always arrive early to the first location to account for unexpected delays on I-85 or I-285. We also help you build buffer time into your timeline so that travel between your ceremony and reception doesn't eat into your portrait time.
Definitely. For an editorial city feel, we love the texture of Jackson Street Bridge, the High Museum area, or the historic architecture downtown. For nature within the city, Lullwater Park or the hidden trails along the Chattahoochee River offer a quiet escape without leaving the perimeter.
Yes! Atlanta wedding weekends are becoming more popular. Covering the rehearsal dinner or welcome party allows us to meet your family and VIPs in a relaxed setting before the wedding. It helps everyone feel more comfortable with our cameras, resulting in even more natural photos on the big day.
For downtown venues (like The Georgian Terrace or The Tabernacle), we highly recommend confirming vendor parking in advance. If valet or a reserved lot isn't available, just let us know! We are used to navigating city parking and will arrange our own transportation (Uber/Lyft) if parking is tight, ensuring we arrive at your venue stress-free and on time.
Yes, significantly! While Google might say sunset is at 8:00 PM, the sun will dip behind the Atlanta skyline or the North Georgia mountains about 15–30 minutes earlier than the official time. We factor this into your timeline to ensure we capture those "Golden Hour" portraits before the light actually disappears behind the buildings or trees.
